曾丹,女,1982年生于湖南?,F(xiàn)任上海大學(xué)教授,通信工程系主任,國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才。 所屬一級(jí)學(xué)科為信息與通信工程、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)。1999-2008年就讀于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),分別于2003年和2008年獲碩士和博士學(xué)位。2015—2016年,獲得國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委資助,在美國(guó)德州大學(xué)圣安東尼奧分校從事研究工作。2021年入選教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者青年學(xué)者項(xiàng)目。2013年被評(píng)為上海大學(xué)優(yōu)秀青年教師、2013年被評(píng)為上海大學(xué)三八紅旗手等。 兼任《IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MULTIMEDIA》編委、《IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS FOR VIDEO TECHNOLOGY》編委、IEEE第24屆國(guó)際多媒體信號(hào)處理研討會(huì)程序委員會(huì)主席、IEEE多媒體系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員、IEEE多媒體信號(hào)處理專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員、中國(guó)通信學(xué)會(huì)青工委委員、中國(guó)圖像圖形學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)青工委委員等;曾任中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)CTO CLUB(上海)副主席、IEEE第23屆國(guó)際多媒體信號(hào)處理研討會(huì)程序委員會(huì)主席等。獲 2 次上海市記 功(2021 年、2022 年)、中國(guó)圖象圖形學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)(2022 年,序 2)、上海市 教育系統(tǒng)巾幗建功標(biāo)兵(2023 年)、中國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研創(chuàng)新成果一等獎(jiǎng)(2023 年,序 1)和中國(guó)人 工智能學(xué)會(huì)教學(xué)成果激勵(lì)計(jì)劃一等獎(jiǎng)(2023 年,序 1)。 研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)橛?jì)算機(jī)視覺、多媒體內(nèi)容分析和模式識(shí)別,重點(diǎn)從探索目標(biāo)感知中的探測(cè)、檢測(cè)、識(shí)別與定位的新方法及新方案出發(fā),解決復(fù)雜場(chǎng)景下低質(zhì)量目標(biāo)實(shí)時(shí)智能感知及應(yīng)用中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。研究的復(fù)雜環(huán)境下目標(biāo)增強(qiáng)、目標(biāo)修復(fù)、目標(biāo)被動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)定位技術(shù),解決了非合作小目標(biāo)的檢測(cè)與識(shí)別問(wèn)題;研制的高精度目標(biāo)定位系統(tǒng),解決了空間站機(jī)械臂手眼相機(jī)標(biāo)定與小目標(biāo)高精度實(shí)時(shí)定位問(wèn)題,可輔助完成精細(xì)維修任務(wù);面向國(guó)家電力及航空航天等領(lǐng)域重大需求,研究了時(shí)空頻三域聯(lián)合增強(qiáng)技術(shù),提升微弱信號(hào)的檢測(cè)、定位與識(shí)別性能并應(yīng)用。 1. 教育經(jīng)歷: l

Dan Zeng
received her Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems, and her B.S. degree in
electronic science and technology, both from University of Science and
Technology of China, Hefei. She is a full professor and the Dean of the
Department of Communication Engineering and the Computer Vision and Pattern
Recognition Lab at Shanghai University. Her main research interests include
computer vision, multimedia analysis, and machine learning. She is serving as
the Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, the Associate
Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology,
the TC Member of IEEE MSA and TC member of IEEE MMSP. She has published over 70 papers in top
journals (e.g., TPAMI, TIP, TGRS, TMM, TCSVT, and TNNLS) and prestigious
conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IJCAI, AAAI, and ACM MM). She received
several awards, including MMTC Best Journal Paper Award 2023, S&T Progress Award of
the China Society of Image and Graphics 2022, China
Industry-University-Research Collaboration Innovation Award 2023, and
outstanding service award for IEEE ICME 2019. 1.
